Refund policy
Item/s must be returned:
• within 14 days from receiving your order;
• unworn, unwashed and is in its original condition;
• has original labels and tags attached; and
• sent with a completed Return Form indicating reason for the return.
Using your Online Credit Voucher:
• The purchaser will need to use the entire value of the voucher in one purchase;
• It cannot be combined with other vouchers;
• It cannot be used on the postage fee;
• It cannot be refunded; and
• It is not transferable.
To return an item/s for a REFUND or an ONLINE CREDIT please contact us on returns@loveandenvy.com.
You will be notified by email once we have received your returned parcel. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be inspected and processed by our Returns Department. For successful return/s, an Online Credit will be sent to your email and ready for use on your next purchase. If you have chosen for a Refund please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed back to your original paying method.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Parcel
Love and Envy Collection will not be held accountable for loss or stolen parcels that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the purchaser. Upon enquiry, Love and Envy Collection will confirm delivery address entered by you (purchaser), tracking information, date of delivery and courier for you to investigate.
Damage and Faults
Love and Envy Collection has a 30 day warranty (from date received) covering manufacturing faults, this does not cover faults due to mistreatment or general wear and tear such as tarnishing and loose tassels/embellishment. All returns will undergo a full investigation by the Returns Department. Please keep in mind that our accessories are delicate and should be handled carefully.
All purchases are carefully checked and packaged before being shipped to you. In a case if the item is damaged upon arrival please do not hesitate to contact us on enquiries@loveandenvy.com. Photo/s of the damage will need to be attached. Love and Envy Collection will happily fix, replace if the item is still available, credit or provide a full refund back to the original paying method once the faulty parcel has been returned to us.
A notification email will be sent once we have received and inspected your returned parcel. If you choose for a refund, please allow 5 – 10 working days for the refund to be processed back into your original paying method.
